Mieux, elle propose un cadre juridique pour promouvoir un monde digital plus libre et plus sûr. Ces géants du numérique sont dotés de capitalisations boursières pouvant excéder les 1 000 milliards de dollars (à titre de comparaison, le PIB de l’UE s’établit à 16 210 milliards de dollars). Leur domination est sans partage dans des secteurs hautement stratégiques tels que les télécommunications, la santé, la finance, la distribution, les médias, la culture ou les transports.
