Cyprien Roy a pour missions de décliner la stratégie de l’entreprise aux niveaux des opérations, de gérer la productivité et la rentabilité d’Atempo. Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur de l’ESIEA et d’un Mastère Finance et Trésorerie de l’ESCP, Cyprien Roy intègre Natixis, la banque de financement et d’investissements où il exerce des fonctions d’analyse et de gestion du risque puis de financement grands comptes dans les secteurs des infrastructures et des télécoms avant de rejoindre l’Inspection Générale. Il se spécialise dans l’audit des activités de marchés, de financement de projet, de gestion privée et de gestion de fonds d’investissement.En 2001, il rejoint la société de gestion de fonds Viveris Management en qualité d’investisseur. Responsable des secteurs Telecom & Technologies de l’Information au sein de l’équipe d’investissement des FCPI Innoveris, il réalise une trentaine d’investissements et siège aux différents conseils d’administration ou de surveillance de ces sociétés. Depuis 2013, il gère le fonds de capital développement institutionnel régional VCIV, les fonds délégués Connect Capital et les fonds AlterMed Maroc et Tunisie « *Ce nouveau défi est passionnant, tant au point de vue personnel que professionnel. Mon objectif est d’aider et d’accompagner Atempo dans son développement en Europe et à l’international* », déclare Cyprien Roy, le nouveau Chief Operating Officer d’Atempo. « *Nous sommes ravis de pouvoir nous appuyer sur un profil expérimenté comme celui de Cyprien Roy* », commente Luc d’Urso, PDG d’Atempo. « S*a nomination au poste de COO va permettre à Atempo de poursuivre ses ambitions internationales et d’accélérer son déploiement au niveau européen* ».
